 All transactions come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, (unless otherwise stated in writing)  Each instrument sale features a 72 hour trial period to ensure your purchase is right for you.To date, no instrument has been returned due to customer dissatisfaction, and we'll work hard to keep it that way!  If a return is needed, contact us via email and you'll be issued a return authorization with instructions.  Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for safe shipment back to The Sax Clinic LLC.  Once the return is received, a refund will be made for the original purchase price, less any cedit card fees or restocking/cleaning fees.   Unless otherwise stated, the buyer incurs all non-refundable shipping expenses.
